Description
Meadow Beef Silverside joint is a cut of meat taken from the hindquarter of the animal just above the leg. Therefore it makes a good roasting joint. It is a large, lean, boneless cut of meat with a course grained texture. Because of this it is mostly used for roasting joints, braising steaks or dice.
Our Beef is mainly from grass fed British Whites and White Park cattle which are the best of all breeds. This is because they have direct links to the wild cattle of Britain. In addition we also rear Hereford and Highland Cross cattle.
