Meadow Beef diced stewing steak is taken from the neck of the animal and it needs long slow cooking to release the flavours.

Our Beef is mainly from grass fed British Whites and White Park cattle. These are the best of all the breeds because they have direct links to the wild cattle of Britain. We also rear Hereford and Highland Cross cattle.
